I am a project and construction manager with 20 years of experience in dredging, marine construction and coastal works. Trained at Van Oord and Royal Boskalis Westminster, I have led operations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America and the Caribbean — from land reclamation and coastal protection to pier refurbishment and new ports. I combine a solid technical and commercial background with a hands-on focus on production, planning, teamwork and safety on site. I also build field apps that communicate with and update live project or company dashboards, for instant data processing and automated financial, planning and operations reporting. Through my own companies, Omega Radar and Omega Marine (Saint Vincent & the Grenadines), I am available for all the services mentioned.

I build phone apps and live online dashboards (HTML5, CSS and JavaScript) with password login: the company has its own open environment, and separate environments are assigned by employee level, by project member and by client. The field apps communicate directly with the dashboards, which run in any browser and keep working offline on site. I design them from experience running dredging and marine works, so they match the way a site really operates.

Managed (engineering) solutions to, among others, improve production levels of the discharging pontoon (MBUD) with excavators and DOP pumps discharging material from hopper barges to a land reclamation; the pump spread required to feed and discharge from the pontoon offshore to onshore (closed system); loading/offloading hopper barges at a quay wall; and input for solutions for a stabilisation plant. Contracted subcontractors for dry earth-moving equipment, pump spread, spill chute and auxiliary equipment.
